18+ Age Requirement

ego333 is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. Any account found to belong to a minor will be closed immediately and all associated funds will be voided without exception.

Identity Verification (KYC)

All players must complete identity verification before their first withdrawal. ego333 reserves the right to request identity documents at any time for compliance and fraud prevention purposes.

One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active ego333 account. Duplicate accounts — regardless of the name, email, or device used — are strictly prohibited and subject to immediate suspension.

Transparent Bonus Terms

All bonuses issued on ego333 are subject to wagering requirements and eligibility rules that are clearly stated before acceptance. Bonus abuse — including multi-accounting or collusion — results in permanent account termination.

Fair Play & Game Integrity

Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player" or "User") and ego333 (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing the ego333 website at ego333.net, creating an account, depositing funds, placing a wager, or otherwise using any feature of the platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately discontinue your use of the ego333 platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any update to this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

ego333 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility as a player to review the Terms and Conditions periodically for changes. The date of the most recent revision is always shown at the top of this document. Where changes are material, ego333 will make reasonable efforts to notify active players via the registered email address on file.

              Important Notice for Bangladesh Players: Online gambling may be subject to legal restrictions in your jurisdiction. By using ego333, you confirm that accessing and using online betting and casino services is lawful under the applicable laws of your place of residence. ego333 operates as an offshore platform. Players are solely responsible for determining and complying with their local laws before registering.
            

These Terms and Conditions apply to all products and services offered by ego333, including but not limited to: sportsbook and cricket betting, live casino, slot games, crash games, virtual sports, jackpot games, and all bonus and promotional offers. Section 2

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the ego333 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

              Age Verification: ego333 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Where a player is unable to verify their age to the satisfaction of ego333's compliance team, the account will be suspended and all pending withdrawals withheld pending resolution. Accounts confirmed to belong to individuals under the age of 18 will be permanently closed and all balances — including any winnings — will be voided and not returned.
            

ego333 actively uses age verification controls at the account creation stage and again at the point of the player's first withdrawal request. Players in Bangladesh are required to submit a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification to complete the verification process. ego333 may at its sole discretion request additional documentation.

Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of ego333's products and services, including the ability to deposit funds and place bets, players are required to create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, country of residence, and a valid email address. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration is a breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account suspension.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on ego333 at any given time. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, a different name, a different email address, or via a shared device or IP address — is strictly prohibited. ego333 employs technical and operational methods to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended and any balances or winnings held pending investigation.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Requirements

ego333 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme as a component of its commitment to security, anti-money-laundering (AML) compliance, and responsible gaming. As part of this programme, ego333 may request the following documents at registration, at the point of the first withdrawal, or at any other time deemed appropriate by the compliance team:

Proof of Identity: National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, or government-issued driving licence showing full name, photograph, and date of birth.
Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official government document dated within the last three months showing your full name and residential address.

              Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ego333 account credentials at all times. ego333 supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods tailored to the needs of players in Bangladesh. All transactions on ego333 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise stated. The platform does not charge internal transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, however players should be aware that their mobile wallet provider (e.g., bKash or Nagad) may apply their own service charges.

Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of identity verification (KYC) and any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds. ego333 processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated above from the point of approval. ego333 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before approving any withdrawal, which may extend the processing time in individual cases.

              Withdrawal to Same Method: For anti-money-laundering compliance, withdrawals will ordinarily be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. ego333 may request additional verification where a player requests a withdrawal to a different method or account number. ego333 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
            

All deposits made to ego333 must originate from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, shared wallets, or payment methods not belonging to the registered account holder are prohibited and may result in account suspension and reversal of funds.

Section 5

Bonuses & Promotions

ego333 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL cricket season, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the general rules set out in this section as well as any specific terms communicated at the point of the individual promotion.

General Bonus Rules

Bonuses are available to registered players aged 18 and above who have passed the applicable KYC verification requirements, unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
Each bonus offer specifies a wagering requirement — the total amount that must be wagered before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are clearly stated in the individual promotion's terms and conditions before the player opts in.
Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion. Unused bonus funds or free bets that expire before being used will be removed from the account without replacement.

Bonus Abuse & Misuse

Attempting to exploit, circumvent, or abuse any bonus or promotional offer — including but not limited to multi-accounting, collusion with other players, systematic low-risk wagering designed solely to clear wagering requirements, or use of automated software — constitutes bonus abuse and a material breach of these Terms. ego333 reserves the right to:

Void any bonus and associated winnings in the event of confirmed or suspected bonus abuse.
Suspend or permanently close the account of any player found to be engaging in bonus abuse.
Withhold any pending withdrawal associated with an account under investigation for bonus abuse, pending the outcome of the investigation.

              Fair Bonus Policy: ego333 is committed to transparent, fair bonus terms. Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds (where applicable), time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts derived from bonuses are all clearly communicated before you opt into any promotion. ego333 will not retroactively change the terms of a bonus you have already accepted.

User Obligations

By using ego333, you agree to the following obligations. These obligations exist to protect the integrity of the platform, the safety of all players, and the interests of ego333 and its partners.

You will use ego333 solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes and not for any commercial, professional, or systematic financial exploitation.
You will provide accurate and truthful information at all times, including during registration, KYC verification, and any subsequent interaction with ego333 staff.
You will keep your account credentials (username and password) strictly confidential and take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access to your account.
You will promptly notify ego333 support if you become aware of, or suspect, any unauthorised use of your account.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are expressly prohibited on the ego333 platform. Any player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct is subject to immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances and pending winnings, and — where applicable — referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, impersonating another individual, using a stolen or fraudulently obtained payment method, or misrepresenting your identity or age for any purpose.
Money Laundering: Using ego333 to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. ego333 is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities and cooperates fully with law enforcement investigations.
Multi-Accounting: Operating more than one account on ego333, whether personally or in collusion with another individual, for the purpose of obtaining additional bonuses, circumventing betting limits, or any other purpose.
Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or market, including card sharing in live poker, matched betting across accounts to clear bonus requirements, or any form of team play designed to gain an unfair advantage.
Automated Betting Software: Using bots, scripts, automated clicking tools, or any software that places bets or interacts with the ego333 platform without direct human input, except where explicitly permitted in writing by ego333.
Exploitation of Technical Errors: Deliberately exploiting a technical error, software bug, or pricing mistake in ego333's sportsbook odds or casino game settings. Any bets or winnings derived from such exploitation may be voided at ego333's sole discretion.
Harassment and Abuse: Directing abusive, threatening, racist, or otherwise offensive language at ego333 staff, other players in the live chat or any community feature of the platform.
Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback with a bank, mobile wallet provider, or card issuer for deposits made to ego333 without first seeking resolution through ego333's dispute process. Chargebacks will result in immediate account suspension and recovery proceedings.

              Zero-Tolerance Policy: ego333 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward fraud, money laundering, and multi-accounting. Suspicious accounts are reviewed by a dedicated risk and compliance team operating 24/7. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, ego333 will not reinstate the account and reserves the right to pursue legal remedies.
            

Section 8

Account Suspension & Closure

ego333 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within a reasonable timeframe after a formal request.
Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the platform for any prohibited purpose.
Any regulatory or legal requirement that necessitates the closure of the account.
At the platform's commercial discretion, including where ego333 elects to exit a particular market or cease offering services to residents of a particular jurisdiction.

Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their ego333 account voluntarily may do so by contacting the 24/7 live chat support team or by emailing [email protected]. Before the account is closed, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be made available for withdrawal, provided that outstanding KYC requirements have been satisfied.

Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that their gambling is becoming a problem may request a self-exclusion at any time.
